We often think that we can predict someone else's behavior based on our past experiences with them. However the odds of those predictions being true is not as high as we like to believe. They can often be an unnecessary source of anxiety and stress for us.
Why don't we embrace the idea of observing what is really going on and allowing space to explore other options for what might really be happening, and then, instead of predicting the behavior of others, simply ask them, what they intend to do?
