Agile in Games Lean Coffee

Many of us Game Developers face similar challenges in building great teams and companies. Agility is valuable to us, but unfortunately, it is rarely understood. As practitioners, we can sometimes find the journey of change and improvement lonely. A Lean Coffee is a great format for supporting a community of practice like this.
