Avoid exhausting yourself by organizing your hierarchy of goals

Poorly managed goal hierarchies can cause you to tire and ultimately lead to burnout. This video draws on my knowledge on the subject and suggests that you consider laying out your goals and prioritizing them against one another.

Then combining this idea with the Pareto principle, focusing on the right 20% that gives 80% of the desired impact, to reduce the pressure and focus your effort in the right places.
