Francie is New Zealand’s only female Olympic rowing coxswain and has translated her passion for high performance into leadership, team and Agile coaching. For the past eight years she has coached diverse workplaces and leaders including in technology and the primary industry through complex change to deliver value faster. She is passionate about coaching teams, leaders and individuals to thrive through change by nurturing an empowering culture that embraces innovation, accountability and high performance.

 

She is an International Coaching Federation certified coach and mixing this with her diverse training and experience including coaching female leaders she has developed a truly unique approach. She achieves this by showing people what is possible and elevating their leadership confidence and capability without complex organisational frameworks and extra reporting.

 

Francie is known for her warmth and inviting approach where she truly partners and goes the extra mile for her clients. As a result she has become highly experienced and successful at coaching teams and leaders through conflict and resistance so that they unlock a reputation for leadership excellence.
